Criteria
Over 23 years of age, no criminal convictions, no more than 3 traffic violations in previous 3 years. No drink driving offences. Able to commit to your chosen
employer for a minimum of 2 years. (then you can stay on longer or move to any employer in the USA). Willing to pay for the immigration process.
